Telecoms – the line, calls mobile and broadband – are often business critical for SMEs and problems need resolving fast. Often lacking technical skills and specialists, these customers are more demanding than larger businesses. Customer service has to be on-demand, fast and responsive.

XLN Telecom was established in 2003 by the 2 founders, Christian Nellemann and Anthony Karibean who are still involved in the day to day operation of the business.
